Dealer inquiries and business research
We use relevant business information to research generator dealers and respond to business inquiries: business name, location, website, published business contact details, source evidence and correspondence. Public availability does not remove our responsibility to handle personal data carefully. Our proposed basis for relevant business research is legitimate interests, subject to the applicable assessment and review.
Messages prepared by our software remain drafts for human review. An opt-out stops further outreach preparation and is retained on a suppression list. Reply “no thanks” or contact us to opt out. We do not sell prospect contact information.
Booking and service providers
A booking link opens Calendly, which processes information under its own policies. Google Workspace handles business email. Cloudflare hosts this website. Airtable is the intended US prospect tracker when configured. Claude or ChatGPT may assist with public business research and draft preparation. Final provider settings, processing agreements, retention and international-transfer arrangements require operational and legal review.
Fictional homeowner demo
Example Power Co. is fictional. Its demo form keeps sample input in your browser, does not send it to us or a dealer, and clears it after the preview. Do not enter real personal information. No consent to real calls or messages is collected by this demo.
Cookies and analytics
This new site does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure pages. An external scheduling site has its own data practices. Any later tracking must be reviewed and configured before activation.
Retention and choices
We propose reviewing inactive prospect data after 12 months and deleting or minimizing it when no longer needed. Suppression data is kept only to prevent renewed contact. Exact service-provider retention and client data arrangements remain to be confirmed.
You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, object to relevant processing, or withdraw consent where consent is used. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the processing involved. Contact us to make a request.
